I wish I could give Mark, a salesperson at NW Mechanical, ten stars. A hundred stars. ALL the stars! How does amazingly generous customer service like this exist in 2018? Apparently, it is alive and well at NW Mechanical. Why am I so grateful and thrilled? For no apparent reason, my radiant baseboard heating system suddenly conked out in my house during typical mid-December, 42ish degree, pouring cold rain Seattle weather. In describing my current heating system and the problem to Mark, who was determining which boiler system would be the most efficient and effective for my needs, he learned enough about my current system to guide me through restoring heat to my house. What did it take? Flipping one switch. Oh, my gosh! If Mark had not been so knowledgeable, kind, and patient with my rambling descriptions, I would continue to be shivering in a cold house waiting for a service crew to arrive, diagnose the problem, flip the switch and hand me the bill. In the long term, what was even more valuable from today's call was the information Mark provided on what NW Mechanical can install in current day boilers that work far more efficiently than my current funky (my term, not his) boiler set up.
