Customer Satisfaction Audit ^TM Results for the Year 2000 Show Northwest Mechanical Ranks Well Above Industry Average.

In order to provide our clients with the highest service and value, Northwest Mechanical participates annually in a Customer Satisfaction Audit. This process is administered by Contractors 2000, an organization dedicated to maintaining the highest industry standards of its membership.

A survey is sent to a current customer list provided by Northwest Mechanical, a longstanding C-2000 member. Of the 216 surveys C-2000 sent out to Northwest mechanical customers, 29.6% were completed and returned for analysis.

The annual survey probes customers for feedback in the following areas:

• Workmanship
• Promptness and Dependability
• Customer Relations
• Price/Value Perception
• Overall Satisfaction

Here are some of the comments satisfied customers made:

"On a consistent basis, we have received excellent and highly professional services from Baxter. Due to his quality of work, and attention to detail, we look forward to doing business with your company."

Northwest Mechanical President Buzz Burgett was very pleased that as a whole, customers gave Northwest Mechanical high marks in all categories, ranking it higher than the industry average across the board.

"It's nice to hear what we're doing right," Burgett reflected, "It's also good to find out how our customers feel about our service and what they think we can do to improve."

In The News Again!

The addition of Northwest Mechanical's online store was featured in the April edition of Contractor Magazine. The magazine article spotlighted several plumbing and mechanical companies who offer online products to clients. In the article, Buzz Burgett stressed the importance of engineered systems. He explained that many hydronic heating products require engineering services in advance of installation to ensure proper function and effective results. "This is why we stress the need for engineering services so heavily on our site and in our online store," stated Burgett. "Our experience has been that the more time invested up front, the happier the client is in the end."    

National Association Award Received:

Northwest Mechanical received the Best in Print Media Advertising Award at the Radiant Panel Association's (RPA) annual award banquet in May, 2000. This national association presents awards in four categories each year, with Best in Print Advertising being the broadest. Northwest Mechanical was noted for its creative and colorful media images including the Boy/Dog, Warm Feet, and Heroic Plumber. Theses images can be seen on the Company's Trucks, in Yellow Page advertising, yard signs, brochures, community billboards, and of course, our website!

P&M Engineer:

Northwest Mechanical received the 1999 Publisher's Choice for Best Broadcast Advertising after being featured on the "Gimme Shelter" television show. During the program, Buzz Burgett described the installation process and benefits of the whole-house Lifebreath Air Cleaner.

"Gimme Shelter" is a weekly program which spotlights products and services available to homeowners and remodelers.
